I opened the GUI preferences, and changed some of the selections. I closed the
window, and none of the changes were there when I opened the preferences and
looked again.
I opened the config/gpodder.conf file and made some changes there (eg. changed
the folder pathname where the podcasts are saved to) and saved it. When I
reopened gPodder and downloaded some podcasts, they saved to the original
folder, my changes did not stick. I restarted the computer, and restarted
gPodder, and looked again at the gpodder.conf and the changes there have been
reverted.
I am using Windows XP.
