Please provide an individual "What to do when new episodes are found" (Download
/ Show dialog / etc ) for each podcast.
Use case:
Jon listens to various podcasts. He likes the Podcast XYZ the most and always
watches every episode of it. The other podcasts he is subscribed to are not
that important for him and he wants to manually select which episodes to
download.
