It seems like the server-side regular expression URL rewrite rule for YouTube
feeds is wrong, as I get this from gPodder:
[ 22.933] (MygPoClient) Rewritten URL:
http://www.youtube.com/rss/user/g<username>/videos.rss
(that's the *literal* URL I'm getting - <username> in the URL, without any
replacement)
