The feed-downloader (and gpodder.net in general) currently don't support
RSS-Redirects [1].
RSS-Redirects refer to the new location of a feed within the old feed, instead
of using HTTP Redirects.
This was originally suggested in [2].
An issue for the feedparser library has been opened [3].
