patch adding option to only automatically remove *finished* episodes

Currently, if an episode is only partly played, and the preferences are such
that old, played episodes are to be deleted, then the episode gets deleted
at startup.

It would be nice if there were an option such that unfinished episodes do not
get deleted, allowing for later resuming at the last played position.

Attached is a patch which adds an option to only delete old, played, *finished*
episodes. Default behavior is to delete episodes even if they are not finished,
for backwards compatibility.

I don't love the way the new options are formulated (too many double negatives,
or something like that), however, I didn't want to make too-drastic changes
without first discussing. But I think that it is probably possible to
reformulate all of the auto-deletion options in a more consistent, easy to
understand, way...

(This is part of an effort to improve the last-played position capabilities of
gpodder, I'll be sending a message with more context to the devel mailing list
soon.)
