add a flag gpodder.osx like gpodder.win32
The library used to get native menus (on the top of the screen) on Mac OS X has
been renamed. I chose to move to the new API (gtk_osxapplication).
Also, there is a small change to util.py to open files on OSX using the default
application : it's open XXXX instead of xdg-open.
