You can download it from http://gpodder.org/downloads The authentication in the UI is for podcasts themselves (there are podcasts out there that require payment, and the way it usually works is that the user pays and gets a username/password - or simply private podcast feeds that are not open to the public). If the feed works at home, then it's not a password-protected feed, and you don't need to use these fields.
