             Bug #: 1692
Summary: Bluetooth AVRCP control play/pause for one application
                    only
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: gPodder
           Version: 3.3.0
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: MeeGo Harmattan
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: feature request
          Priority: low
         Component: Application
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]

I usually keep gpodder running on my N9 all the time because I don't want to
wait for the rather long startup or lose the current playback state (playing
episode).

During the day I might also use the mediaplayer or spotify. I always use a
bluetooth A2DP headset which has the AV Remote Control Protocol for it's
buttons. When the Play/Pause button is used, intending to stop spotify, gpodder
starts playing and vise-versa.

If it's possible to detect this, please disable gpodder acting on AVRCP unless
it's the only or foreground player. The other applications will need to be
fixed as well, but at least I will fix my limited use case.
