Thanks. It looks as though gPXE simply isn't receiving any packets from your Win2k8 server. Try using the "ifstat" command in gPXE to count received packets: see if they increase at a rate (approximately) matching the rate of transmitted packets shown in wireshark. This will let us know whether or not the packets are reaching gPXE at all.
