Are you trying to use a map file and a graph with the GraphHopper
Android Sample app ?
(following the instructions here
<https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/blob/master/docs/android/index.md#maps>)
As Peter mentioned, more info and a stack trace would be valuable for us
to understand the error.
BTW your path is not correct, you need the folder:
/mnt/sdcard/download/graphhopper/maps/gcc_states/
and inside to put the map + graph files.
