just a stupid note
- G_fatal_error(_("Unable to open raster map [%s]"), name_h);
+ G_fatal_error(_("Unable to open raster map <%s>"), name_h);
wouldn't be better to use "Cannot open raster map <%s>"?, see wiki and
discussion in grass-dev mailing list...
