Eusoils @ JRC distributes GISCO database as shapefiles with a specific
projections as detailed in

http://eusoils.jrc.ec.europa.eu/gisco_dbm/dbm/home.htm
}}}
In order to properly create a location it is required adding manually a
new custom sphere with a 6378388 radius to the ellipse.table file. It
would be nice adding it permanently in the standard file.
