and where should msgcat-1.4.2.tm be in?
at the moment we have
i.e.
C:\Program Files\GRASS 6.5.SVN\tcl-tk\lib\tcl8.5
C:\Program Files\GRASS 6.5.SVN\tcl-tk\lib\tk8.5
any hints?
