When starting WXGUI in non-english language, Layer Manager window is too
narrow to display all menubar entries.
Steps to reproduce:
* start WXGUI in German
Setting as blocker, as with German version there's not even a slightest
hint that "Datenbank" and "Hilfe" entries are missing.
