Hi PSC, following the QGIS idea of "Donate some money to squash your most annoying bug" http://www.qgis.org/wiki/Bugs
I would suggest to do likewise for the GRASS bugs. The overhead is almost zero, money directly payed from the donor(s) to the bugfixer and all denoted in the Wiki. How does it work: * a user suggests a bug to be fixed in the Wiki with some seed funding including a precise description of his/her expectations; * more users add money as needed until someone picks it up and fixes it for the available amount; * the developer is payed directly by the donor(s). The "normal" bug squashing business continuous of course as usual. What do you think?
