I believe that we should also recognize other contributions

Here an easy way to extract the contributors along with their email address:
git shortlog --summary --numbered --email
(those few with @users.noreply.github.com I can likely find out)
To be run in core, addons etc.
OK. Thanks for that. I have not yet sat down to compile all these lists.
The LimeSurvey system seems to be very feature-rich. I need to look a
bit deeper into that.
