This was done in 6.4, so it is not available in winGRASS, yet, which is
based on 6.3. Just replacing the script doesn't work, either as it
use the
fs= parameter of v.db.connect which wasn't introduced until 6.4.
So, another strident call for the a 6.4 winGRASS.
