Shaffiq, To install grass-session to the embedded Python with the GRASS mac app bundle, try in a GRASS terminal:
/Applications/GRASS-7.8.app/Contents/Resources/bin/python -m pip install --upgrade pip /Applications/GRASS-7.8.app/Contents/Resources/bin/python -m pip install grass-session Best,Nicklas
