I should have noted that it can take up to 24 hours before the exe
appears on the web servers. I usually wait before sending the
announcement but I hit send too quickly this time. Please check back

http://grass.osgeo.org/grass64/binary/mswindows/native/
and will reach the mirrors over the next 2 days.
