I have been working through this guide, installing graylog2 on Ubuntu 14.04: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-graylog2-and-centralize-logs-on-ubuntu-14-04
I got to the step to start the graylog2 service, and am stuck. It will not start. I keep getting this: root@server:~# service graylog2 start Starting graylog2-server ... root@server:~# /usr/bin/nohup: redirecting stderr to stdout I then get no prompt, but hitting enter gets me back to a prompt. Status show graylog2 not started: root@server:~# service graylog2 status graylog2-server not running I'm stuck. I've googled but it isn't clear to me what is wrong. Can anyone help? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "graylog2" group.
