Hi, you can set the timezone for the admin user in your Graylog configuration with the *root_timezone* setting ( https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-server/blob/1.0.1/misc/graylog2.conf#L28-30 ).
As for the "Web interface default JDK/JRE" timezone, this is the configured timezone of the system running the Graylog web interface and doesn't need to worry you in any way (because it's overridden by the configured timezone in your web interface configuration).
