We are setting up a 1.2.1 server. The logs being gathered and the people 
using the interface for searches, etc are all in the US/Pacific timezone. 
Graylog was installed using the omnibus installer. Currently all of the 
entries in the web UI indicate UTC rather than PDT (see below). 

What is the best practice, given the single-locale nature of our install?
