Thanks. I did it the same way that you suggested. But, I got into connection refused port 4001 error in middle of the reconfigure.
It's seems to be an issue with etcd. I just deleted /var/opt/graylog/data/etcd/* and ran the reconfigure command. It cleared that error however I saw only nginx welcome page. Then I rebooted the server and ran reconfigure command again. Finally, It took into the graylog web UI. All is good now. Thanks for your help guys.
