I recently updated Firefox to the latest version (3.5.2) on two computers. The computer that already had the GreaseMonkey add-on had no issues, whereas GreaseMonkey release 0.8.20090123.1 failed to install on the second computer. The error message was:
Greasemonkey 0.8.20090123.1 could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 3.5.2. In my use, the (falsely?) cited incompatibility does not affect GreaseMonkey functionality within Firefox 3.5.2, but does affect the ability to install Grease Monkey as an add-on. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "greasemonkey-users" group.
