Do your other add-ons work? I had GM stop working with 3.0.3 -- see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458367
Any update after 3.0.2 turned off all my add-ons. What did fix it was to completely uninstall FireFox, including deleting all the profiles, then installing it fresh with the latest release.
