I had a similar problem in one of my personal scripts, and I think I
found a bug in this version: GM used to execute the scripts after FF
fills the fields with the stored data, but now it seems to be filling
them after the script is executed.

Try creating an autologin script for GMail, for example, that simply
clicks "login" (because your username and password are automagically
filled by Firefox). With 0.8.5, it works ok, but with 0.8.6 the click
will happen *before* FF fils the login fields.

Hope it helps.
