This statement is incorrect. As the rest of the thread points out, the problem is almost definitely in the metadata, and not in this code. The opposite statement is always correct: the best results are _always_ obtained by being able to see the entire system.

If you knew where the problem really was, you'd probably be able to fix it. Guessing at where it is, and only revealing that tiny bit means we also can only guess at the fix, and not actually find it, in the usual case that the real problem is elsewhere.
