Just a note to explain how to get the monkey face icon back to the Add- on bar in FF4. For some reason, the Monkey is a separate button in the Navigation bar in FF4.0. Right click on it then "Customize".
Then a "Customize Toolbar" popup appears. Drag the monkey button to this window. Then grab the small monkey face and drag it to the add-on bar at the bottom. FYI, right click works perfectly for me, even when the monkey is in the add-on bar.
