right clicking that GM monkey popup "Customize Toolbar", only way to
"right-click-for-GMmenu" is to click that small arrow. Plus, you can
not longer move the GM button between addon's button since it's not an
addon button anymore, same as Stylish's.

Can we please have the old icon back(right-lick,arrowless,addon's)+the
new toolbar? instead of remove->replace.
