all the big talks abt stipend and monetary support is another fraud. the welfare dept is the worst kind wher u can see these caste Hindu mindset trying to curtail anything given to dalits. it never reaches students when theyr in need. .. many private colleges misuse it (heard abt it only) ... and studnt themselves have to carry files to these depts. (govt employees dont do this favor also) ... and i think, NCDHR is going to file a case against Kerala govt against misappropriation of SC/ST fund.. i wonder wht the hell these CDS people study in the name of develoment? i came to know that der is hardly any study on dalit issues in CDS, tvm ,except the one comparative study done by Dr Venkatesan... such is the state of our STATE and ACADEMIA...
