There seems to be several things wrong with the voting site. For one,
you can vote for any leader any number of times. Second, if you look
at the number of votes each leader got, all the top four contenders
have got 32768 each. This suspiciously looks like a variable roll-over
in the code that runs the applet (exactly half of 2^16), and the count
doesn't proceed any further irrespective of the number of times you
vote.
