While this article is written with a rabidly anti-Indian mindset to the point of paranoid schizophrenia and requires no refutation, one only wishes if some of the fierce qualities attributed to RAW in the article were really true. RAW is a deliberately crippled organization, for reasons of political correctness and expediency. India wound down its counter-operational capability during the UF government in mid 90's as part of the famed 'Gujral doctrine' - voluntarily and without any reciprocal assurance, as usual. India deliberately sends out the image of a soft state viz-a-viz covert and overt actions of aggression against it, so much so that even a two-bit banana republic like Bangladesh didn't think twice before torturing, killing and mutilating the bodies of Indian defense personnel. And they got away with it too.
