We are happy to announce that the new Dialogues page of our website
is up and running
and waiting for your comments. We hope this will be a forum to connect
with individuals
around the world who are interested in working for gender equality through
organizational
change. On this page you can share your voice and your insights as well
as read the
opinions of others in the field.
The Dialogues page has two reviews of our recent publication Change is a
Slow Dance
edited by Michel Friedman and Shamim Meer (available in the Resources
section of our

www.genderatwork.org). Penny Plowman analyzes how Change contributes
both to the theory and practice of working for change through
organizations. Srilatha
Batliwala comments how each organization has its own dance; each one
equally
compelling. The search for change was not the same for the organizations,
and each has
different lessons to share. We invite you to share your perspective on
Change or the
