In areas called Sector and Kota as well as at many other places the cadres of VHP were involved in destructive activities. They destroyed auto-rickshaws, cars and looted shops. They stoned civilian areas as well as Bazaars. Media did not report these evil deeds. Now you can clearly understand that after the occurrence of seven bomb blasts on Tuesday in Jaipur between two Hanuman Mandirs, how VHP would have painted the whole episode and followed it by total state shutter-down called Rajasthan *Bundh.* There is no need to stress that to a jaundiced eye everything is yellow. Similarly Saffron cadres felt communalism in everything. Hence during the Rajasthan *Bundh*they showed Jaipur bomb blast in a particular way and tried to show it to the Rajasthan people from their point of view and ideology. The communal forces should have been showed the list which was issued by Jaipur hospital and which showed 8 Muslims were among the 42 dead persons. The Muslim dead are named: 1) Mina w/o Anwar- Seeker-Rajasthan, 2) Bano D/o Mohd. Sabir – Seeker, Rajasthan, 3) Ainee Khan D/o Liyaqat Ali - Jaipur, 4) Iqbal Ahmed s/o Gaus Ahmed – Jaipur 5) Constable Shahnawaz - Jaipur 6) Jawed s/o Moinuddin – Jaipur 7) Iram D/o Abdul – Jaipur 8) Hanif Khan s/o Gulam Mohammed – Jaipur. Besides this, there were some other victims of a family who were from Mumbai's Dongri locality. So it is not fair to communalize this incident and we should condemn it. It is clear that since government of Rajasthan is ruled by Sangh Parivar, it is unthinkable that any action will be taken against the cadres of VHP who had unleashed widespread violence in the name of Rajasthan *Bandh* and how the innocent victims of this VHP carnage will be compensated and rehabilitation by the BJP ruled state authorities? If bomb blast occurs in a market or on the road, the destruction does not ask the religion of the victims. Generally common people become victims of bomb blast; not a particular religion so it is a insult to humanity to see bomb blast from a particular point of view and we see that those who insult humanity are ruling the government, the religion and the politics. Jaipur bomb blasts are incidents of terrorism and terrorism do not have any kind of religion. So to see the bomb blast as a 'Islamic terrorism' is not fair. There is no relation of Jaipur bomb blast to Islamic Jihad. If it is an Islamic Jihad then why more than one dozen Muslims including innocent children, girls & women as well as old people are among the victims of these blasts? There were innocent Muslim victims in 11th July Mumbai local train blasts. As the percentage of Muslims in Mumbai is 13%, so is the ratio of victims of terrorism. How many Muslims are the citizens of Jaipur city? What is the percentage of Muslims in Jaipur? What is the percentage of Muslim victims in Jaipur bomb blasts? From the communal point of view, we are not comparing bomb blasts according to the ratio and percentage but we want to say that those who want to spread communalism by saying these blasts as an Islamic and Jihadi terrorism; that in the light of collected data and ratios, the fact is as just as and as much as India and Indian public are becoming the victim of terrorism, similarly in this way Muslims also have become the victims of terrorism and now in this country Muslims are also the victim of terrorism as they have been tortured, killed, ruined and looted; then why this terrorism is labeled as Islamic and Jihadi terrorism. We are not addressing only the Sangh Parivar for their disgusting act but we are writing these lines for those who favor Sangh Parivar and are in fact pseudo-seculars and who get emotional and flow in the flood of saffron propaganda. They not only use the term Islamic and Jihadi terrorism but they convert such situations into communal mode. It astonishes that while the blood of Indian Muslims is also flowing in the anti- Indian terrorism, Indian Muslims are also being killed and they are suffering physically and financially too and still they are blamed for 'Islamic terrorism'. This is a blatant affront to common sense. In the bomb blasts of Malegaon (Hameedia Masjid and Qabrastan blast), Ajmer Dargah blast and the blast of Hyderabad (Mecca Masjid blast) 100% Muslims had suffered but still these incidents of terrorism were propagated as Islamic and Jihadi terrorism. We cannot tolerate it any longer. One thing should be clear that whether the blast occurred in Mumbai local train, Hyderabad, Malegaon, Ajmer, *Sankat Mochan Mandir *or in Jaipur … all the blasts are nothing but terrorists activities and hence the case should be filed against those persons and organizations in the light of article (A) 153 (B) and Indian laws who instantly blame Muslims for the blasts and consider this blast as Islamic or Jihadi terrorism. It is the responsibility of government to take action against those in the print or electronic media under Indian laws - article (A) 153 (B). Muslims and secular people should demand that the action should be taken according to Indian laws against those who give the communal color to every blast. We have clearly stated that not only the Indian people have become victim of terrorism and blast but Muslims also, being part and parcel of a composite milieu. Moreover if any person, any organization or any sect considers this blast as Islamic and Jihadi terrorism and tries to spread communalism, it means they themselves are the agents of terrorism and are involved in terrorist activities. There is no need to prove this through any solid evidence. In our country for every blast, it is said by government and non-government organization that this blast is done only to spread communalism. Whether the blast occur in Mumbai local trains, *Sankat Vimochan Mandir*, Mecca Masjid, Ahmar Dargah or in Jaipur… for every blast it is said that this blast is done only to spread communal riots in India. But those who talk about communalism after the blast, it means they are trying to spread communalism. Is it not clear from their action that there is a difference between their agenda and agenda of unknown terrorists? If the agenda of communal forces and terrorist is same it means they want to spread communal riots in India and they want to divide nation into Hindu and Muslims. It is clear that there is a relation between communal forces and terrorism. But the question is that who is a terrorist? And who is communalist? Now let us discuss. Why the agenda of terrorism and communalism is same? Through open discussion we can lift veil from the faces of communal forces. It is possible that the communal forces are doing blasts in the guise of terrorism. On 6th April 2006 the cadres of Bajrang Dal were caught while they were making pipe bomb in their offices at night at Pat Bandhare Nagar in Nanded. Next day (7th April) it was Friday, during the bomb making one pipe bomb exploded and one cadre of Bajrang Dal died and some of them got injured. From this place some artificial beard, Muslim caps, Kurta Pajama (Muslims wearing) and some maps of mosques were recovered. We think that this incident (Nanded bomb blast) has exposed the real face of communal forces. Besides this if government does wake-up and police & intelligence keep their eyes closed then what will be the solution? Hindus have already disowned it and they regard Urdu as a language of Muslims. In post independence Urdu remains a language of much controversial to the local people. It would be judged that Urdu is not a Muslim language, as it is not spoken entirely in any Islamic state or in country where Muslims are in majority. Urdu belongs to Aryan branch of language, its basic structure, grammar and vocabulary is Indian. But Muslim has rich legacy of evolving Urdu in India by adopting refined grammar of Khadi Boli and its vocabulary heavily borrowed from Arabic and Persian. Urdu was also adopted for studies in religion and became language for all the communities in later centuries. Massive literature work was carried out in Urdu by both Muslims and Hindus. Many non-Muslims have been inspired and even obsessed with Urdu and its beauty. There is a long list of Muslim and Non-Muslim Urdu poets and singers that clearly proved that mainstream language of the nation in pre partition was Urdu. Many international media like BBC and print Medias has adopted this language as Hindustani. Today there are very intellectual Urdu writers who viewed the present circumstances; be it political, economy or the any situation in the national affairs, they have noble points of view and solution that may lead the nation and the country. But the indication of our great concern is that their charitable analyzes, articles, reports and even their news of the day are buried under Urdu language and unfortunately they could not receive and get credit concentrated. In these circumstances it was the need of the hours that there should be some endeavor to develop Urdu news and Urdu contains.
