writer Narain seems to support this govt order
years ago (perhaps in 2005 0r o6) i heard him talking in Jeevan TV, in
support of this govt order....
breaking the caste barrier is a problm not only for the "upper" castes , but
also for the Dalit karanavars who enjoy the little "power" bestowed upon
them by the very system of caste
