I really  don't know if I'd been exaggerating..!
Nevertheless, I can say for certain that  signs  of 'exaggeration' of
family are too conspicuous to miss.
Perhaps this is why I assumed to be on the safer side, saying that
there were no unequivocal  condemnations of cultural policing.
I meant that the AIDWA and SUCI's  type women's organizations  even
while formally protest things like M'lore pub attack & SRS goondaism
there is always a reiteration of commitment to protect 'family'&
'culture' by 'protecting' women against 'peedanam' .
The answers to peedanam (atrocities), according to them, are less in
women together with the progressive forces fighting moral policing
than in being themselves under the cover of protection by  imbibing
the same family values..
