Would you mind providing the link for the Draft Approach Paper?

As regards waiting for the clarifications from the UIDAI, I do obviously
share that position. Let's ask for and wait for those clarifications before
offering any specific suggestions. In fact suggestions have at least partly
got to be derivatives of those clarifications, strongly linked.
