The peace talks are held under US pressure. Otherwise India would have never come to to the table.
Pakistan is only trying too make most of that pressure and highlight Indian obduracy by creating a crisis situation and make India yield to take a more reasonable position - agree to take up the "composite dialogue", which had been earlier agreed upon.
