Dear friend This is the response I got when I forwarded the mail about the "missing child pooja" to my friends in mumbai..The mail says the case stands closed and the child was adopted by someone in Kerala.. Please see the mail below from Sonali Gonsalves, Childline India Foundation written in June 2009 in response to a similar mail. I guess once these emails start circulating, there is no stop. We are facing the same problem with the 'don't throw out extra food after a party - donate it to CHILDLINE'. We had to issue a formal warning on our website and all. Thanks anyway, for sending us such information.
