Mumbaikars have won the "Right to water" as an integral part of the "Right to Life"! The Bombay High Court has issued an order to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to provide water for all regardless of legality of the structure they reside in. It's a historic victory for all those fighting for human rights and constitutional rights in India.
