Ancient India had heavier-than-air flying machines and organ transplants

Nobel laureate Venkatraman Ramakrishnan’s statement that the Indian
Science Congress is a ‘circus’ has stirred up a hornet’s nest. Jugular
Vein went to interview the chief hornet, Prof Jaddughar Jantarmantar.

Jugular Vein: Do you refute Ramakrishnan’s contention that India lacks
a scientific temper?

Prof Jaddughar: Lacks scientific temper? What nonsense! E=MC2=*****!
See? I made a scientific statement and showed my temper by cussing. If
that isn’t scientific temper, I don’t know what is.

JV: Do you support the claim that prehistoric India had
heavier-than-air flying machines?

JJ: Of course I do. In fact only the other day I flew in a prehistoric
Indian heavier-than-air flying machine. It’s called Air India. And my
favourite TV channel was also invented in prehistoric India and is
called Doordarshan.

JV:People, including the PM, have said that Ganesha who has an
elephant’s lead on a human body proves that ancient India could
perform organ transplants. Do you agree?

JJ: Since time immemorial India has mastered the ability to transplant
animal organs into human bodies. Why, every day you see people who
have had a donkey’s brain transplanted into their heads. You being an
excellent example of such a transplant.

JV: Thank you for calling me an excellent example. But tell me, did
vedic India have nuclear weapons?

JJ: Vedic nukes? Nah. There was no need for vedic nukes for the simple
reason that there was no vedic Pakistan. But ancient India’s greatest
gift to modern India science was the invention of time travel. Today,
India is the world’s only country capable of travelling back in time
and making ssergorp.

JV: Ssergorp? What’s that?

JJ: Ssergorp is progress going backwards – which is exactly what my
brand of science is all about.
