JNUSU president Kanhaiya Kumar has moved the Supreme Court requesting
bail citing ‘extraordinary circumstances.’ The plea will be heard
before the court tomorrow. Former Attorney General Soli Sorabjee is
likely to argue for Kanhaiya’s bail plea.

Meanwhile, students of JNU are marching from Mandi House to Jantar
Mantar demanding the release of Kanhaiya Kumar and the dropping of
sedition charges against him.
