Dear All, Medha Patkar has issued a legal notice to the collector of Badwani district, for false accusation made by him in front of the CM and media that her JCB has been caught while engaged in illegal sand mining and he also alleged that the NBA activists are involved in such illegal activities. Calling it to be absolutely false, she demanded that the collector should submit and extend an apology for the charge and makes it public without which a criminal defamation case under the relevant sections of IPC has been filed against him.
