As we can see from the first write-up, referred to above, in particular, the "plot" is being talked of since (at least) June last. Yet ... Yet, it's the Pune police in the driver's seat. The NIA is nowhere in sight. (There're other issues as well, as brought out in the two above-referred write-ups, separated by a gap of about three months.)
