The Gujarat genocide, The Kandhamal genocide, the post Babari Masjid communal violence and many other projects of communal fascism initiated by the Sangh Parivar were all by using one religious identity against another. Several other identities were also at stake in the process. But nevertheless, the main sustained hate campaign which was built up over several years of hard work was against the Muslims and Christians. In all these cases, the claim was that the Hindutva forces represented Hindus in general and this political force represented a `religious identity'. But in Sabarimala issue, when they say that Sabarimala is going to be `Kerala's Ayodhya', there is a small problem. Here, in this case, the Sangh Parivar and the associated NSS, Congress elements and others are not against the `other' religious identity. They are against their own women who belonged to `their own religious identity'. In a nutshell, the campaign is Hindutva against Hindu women's rights.
