Hello, It's always a pleasure for me to see someone interested in gregorio ! (and also to see that it works under Mac OS). The problem with the fonts I think is that your dvi viewer (like all other dvi viewers I have encountered) does not understand omega fonts, of more than 255 characters, so it just says that this font does not exist... but in fact it does... a very simple way to fix it is not to use the dvi as a final format, and to convert it into ps or pdf with dvips or dvipdf. Those commands know about omega fonts (if they don't, try odvips, but recent dvips should work), and will give you a correct output. I think it is important not to use the dvi as a final format, because you wouldn't be able to share your works with someone else, as the dvi does not contain fonts, but only references to characters, unlike pdf or ps. And since about 4 days, a new font has appeared in gregorio, the font greciliae, a copy of the font caeciliae, but with a different name as caeciliae is under OFL. This font is, I think, the best one. > But that is not the part I wish to mention. In opustex-write.c, we see: > I think you're right at not using GregorioTeX for the moment, there are still some bugs that I'm currently fixing (but fixing things that are logical in TeX is very hard). > lines 40-42: > > [...] > reset by the lower level routine. Yes, sorry, as I don't use OpusTeX, I changed some things too fast... It is now fixed in the latest svn version. Thank you for your bug report, and do not hesitate to tell me if you have other problems ! -- Elie _______________________________________________ Gregorio-devel mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/gregorio-devel
