lamed was unable to read gregoriotex.tex or gregoriotex.sty, or several other files. Yes, I fixed the problem by a "chmod +r" on each of the files installed by install.py. > Anyway, did you experience bugs with the whole TeX system at the > installation of gregorio, like nothing compiling except gregorio scores? The TeXLive installation did not create /etc/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg, so the updmap commands in the gregorio instllation failed. I had to create updmap.cfg myself (by copying /etc/texmf/web2c/updmap-hdr.cfg into it. I didn't try to process any other TeX files besides gregoriotex files. > If you did (like I did) I found a (quite dirty) method to fix it, it is > written at the end of http://home.gna.org/gregorio/installation-linux . Thanks; if I go through this installation on another Mandriva machine, I'll take notes next time. > What was the version of Mandriva? 2009 ("Free" edition for x86) > > Thank you for the bug report anyway, even if more details would be useful ;) --rc _______________________________________________ Gregorio-devel mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/gregorio-devel
