Details:
Lua(La)TeX is quite stable in TL2008, and will become more and more used. It
is the occasion to get some bugs fixed, but we need to do it cleanly, so that
LuaTeX is not necessary (as almost everyone is under TL 2007 or MikTeX). It
would allow some automatic tasks to be done (especially for end of lines).
