Follow-up Comment #2:
Recent commits, 761 and 762, make these changes for the code and website.
Note that there were two last-minute improvements, at Elie's suggestions:
- software-used->generated-by
- the gabc-version is not just 1, but is (currently) 0.9.3.
Also, initial-style is kept and documented -- it is the style of the initial
letter (rather than the style applicable at the start of the piece, which is
why I had thought it superfluous).
The user-notes are currently accepted in the gabc but ignored; they are not
transferred to the gabc.
