Dear Brother,
when you update your svn, you have to recompile and to reinstall the
.tex files. Now the TeX files installation process is simpler, you can
just go in the fonts/ directory and run make install (as root). Before
that, as the directory changed, it seems wise to remove your gregoriotex
files. You can locate them with "kpsewhich gregoriotex.tex". It should
remove the terminal error too.
